- Activation rules depend on the plan. Some start on installation and others on the first connection to a supported network. Read the activation policy on your selected plan before buying.
- How do I install my eSIM?
- Your order email includes your QR code and installation instructions. Connect to Wi-Fi, follow the steps for your phone, and keep the email for your trip.
- Can I keep my usual SIM?
- On a compatible dual-SIM phone, you can keep your usual SIM and use the travel eSIM for data. Turn off data roaming on your usual line to avoid charges from your home carrier.
