1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Wiiline's eSIM services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wiiline.

2. eSIM Services

2.1 Service Description

Wiiline provides digital eSIM (embedded SIM) services that allow you to connect to mobile networks without requiring a physical SIM card. Our services include:

  • Digital eSIM profiles for various countries and regions
  • Data plans with specified validity periods
  • 24/7 customer support
  • QR code delivery via email

2.2 Service Availability

eSIM services are subject to network availability and coverage in your location. We do not guarantee continuous service availability and may experience interruptions due to network maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.

2.3 Device Compatibility

Your device must be eSIM-compatible and unlocked to use our services. It is your responsibility to verify device compatibility before purchase. We provide a device compatibility checker, but compatibility may vary.

3. Purchase and Payment

3.1 Pricing and Fees

All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Prices may change without notice, but will not affect orders already placed.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe
  • Account balance (for registered users)

3.3 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within minutes of successful payment. eSIM QR codes are delivered to your registered email address. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the email within 15 minutes.

3.4 Payment Security and Stripe Policy

Payment Security: All payment processing and security measures are governed by Stripe's policies and security standards. By making a payment, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
Stolen Cards Policy: Using stolen or fraudulent payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining account balance. We actively monitor and investigate suspicious payment activities.

4. Service Usage and Validity

4.1 Data Usage

Your eSIM plan includes a specific amount of data valid for a specified period. Once the data allowance is consumed or the validity period expires, the service will be suspended.

4.3 Service Activation

eSIM plans begin their validity period upon first connection to a mobile network, not upon purchase. Some plans may have specific activation requirements or time limits.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or violation of any laws
  • Spamming, harassment, or abusive communications
  • Unauthorized access to networks or systems
  • Distribution of malware or harmful content
  • Commercial activities without authorization
  • Reselling or redistributing eSIM services
  • Any activity that may compromise network security
Security: Violation of these terms may result in immediate service suspension and account termination.
Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend your account and eSIM services immediately if we determine that you are using our services in violation of these terms, without prior notice to you. This decision is final and non-appealable. In cases of service abuse, any remaining account balance may be forfeited due to misuse.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Refund Policy

Refunds are available under specific circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing service activation
  • Service not working as described
  • Duplicate purchases

6.2 Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase through our support system. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

6.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • eSIM plans that have been activated and used
  • Services where data has been consumed
  • Plans purchased for incorrect destinations (customer error)

7. Limitation of Liability

Wiiline provides eSIM services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Network outages or service interruptions
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Device damage or compatibility issues
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, profits, or data

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific eSIM service in question.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8.1 Data Collection

We collect minimal necessary information to provide our services, including:

  • Contact information for service delivery
  • Payment information for transaction processing
  • Usage data for service improvement

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
